No, I only taught friends children to make 蘋果批 and 雲呑.  Showed them how to make 酥皮脆脆條.

Friends children were so happy to learn, so, I only demonstrated how to knead the apple pie dough, how to make the apple pie....... then they made the rest.  They helped to knead the 酥皮 from flour...... very tiring job........ very nice that they did it...... I just sat there and gave comments!

We ate from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.!

Menu for my coming Japanese dinner:

Can make 厚焼き玉子(thick sweeted fried egg) then teach children to make 巻き寿司(use the bamboo to fold a Sushi), then 手巻 (hand-folded Sush) and Sushi, also おにぎり (triangle rice ball) .... I think they will enjoy learning them!  Will also make マグロユッケ丼 (呑拿魚葱飯）.　I want to boil some そうめん (one kind of Japanese noodle, very thin and tasty), maybe some 天婦羅, 銀鱈魚,蟹子Salad.

Now waiting for friends feedback!

We went to a friend's place.....and another friend bought her maid together, so her maid helped to clean up.

My backbone was hurt in a car accident more than 20 years ago...... recently I found that I couldn't carry heavy things for long time, otherwise I had extreme pain ...... so, I asked my friend to come down to pick me up at Bus Terminal, while it was 2 streets away from her flat, so as to help me carry the food that I bought to her (few pounds, it was heavy for me!!!)....... and when I left, I asked another friend to carry the bag for me...... of course anyone of them was happy to carry the bag for me, no problem la....... we had been friends for more than 15 years!

Yesterday I went to friend's place.

Today, I sleep until 4 p.m........then had dinner with mom.

Even if I am whole day at home, then so what?  

As long as I feel happy and peace, at home is no problem!!!
