J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. said Sunday evening that it is buying battered broker Bear Stearns Cos. for $236 million in a Federal Reserve-backed bailout unprecedented in scope and execution.
The Federal Reserve, which cut the discount rate in a coordinated move with its announced backing of the deal, is taking the extraordinary step of providing special financing in connection with this transaction.

基金大戶看通貝南克手法，18號議息前舞高弄低 (昨日早上一跳高開30美元，殺盡過市沽盤，隔一日跌番晒，問你死未?)，迫使FED大幅減息，3/4厘好像必然(今晚應該減1厘)，之前大幅獲利，基金手法。下次再議息在4月30日，美匯下週反彈，金融市場更加波動。

既然已經注資放寬銀根，也滿足不了那一群投資失利的大鱷(第一隻跑出既叫貝爾斯登，陸續有來)，再減至0都沒義意，倒不如索性不減，先搞好民生，隨那一些沒有實力的基金及金融機構自然流失，改用2000億美元注入民間緩助疾苦，比填入無底深潭更有義意。

炒賣本來就是投機，為何政府只幫助一小部份既得利益者? (用過萬億美元救幾百億美元既公司，一個字講晒"妖"， 對無能者當政深表遺憾!

你記一下上星期五最金價低見幾多? 呢個就係未反映fed減discount rate前應該出現既價格，而上星期最低又係幾多，呢個就係止損價，如果減一厘，金價應該點走，如果減3/4厘，又代表d乜?

最高咪 1007.x 最低 961.x ( 即係減1厘到 1007, 減 3/4 厘 到 961.x 咁話啦 ) 係咪..?
