Last year, many days.........I not ate anything for 24 hours.......... or ate only 1 meal a day.......then I had stomach fluid flowing backward problem......... at that time, I become 110 lbs....... my ex-colleagues saw me....all said I became thinner than before.....

Now....... I eat..... and become very fat..........like a ball........... like a pig..........

If you cannot watch market during HK night time................better you not do any trade.

I can watch Gold market at night after 11:00pm (back home and having dinner) and sometimes I watch Gold market till 1:00am or 2:00am mid-night, but not looking till the day close.

Of course I don't have confidence like JL1 to place orders and went out, I have little capital and can trade only few hands of Gold.

What can I do? I like to trade Gold but the timing is little bit . . .

Only if you can find a good timing to buy / or sell......at the most extreme price......
Say, recently the 112x price, if you can buy at that price, then you set a cut loss below 1118, after it move up to 113x, then you can set a cut loss  price back to your buying price......... when it move up to 114x, then you set the cut profit  price higher and higher ........ then.. you no need to check the price at every minute..........

You only need to reset your cut profit price on every Monday morning.

However, the market sometimes, is not in single direction.........therefore, if you can watch the market closely, it is better.
