Whole day didn't any trade ah ?

Early morning, saw gold rise up from 1,645 to 1,650....
Didn't want to buy... as I thought would have lower price.
At 1,650, not dare to sell, as it was not high enough.
But at 7:30 a.m., suddenly it dropped to 1,641.x (day low)....... didn't expect it would drop from 1,650.
As it dropped so sudden, I not dare to buy.
Then, hoped to wait for higher price to sell.
At afternoon, saw Tree Tree saying he sold in 1,65x but cut loss already.
Then I read the chart....... and read Mr. Star Dust comment's....... he suggested to sell at 1,670-3....
but at that time, the price was 1,655...... so, too high to buy..... but also too low to sell.....
and tonight was Non Farm Payroll..........
so, I waited until the data was announced.........
Mr. Law of MW801 said better sell (at that time, price was around 1,655), he said targeting to 1,630.
But I didn't sell.........
One hour later...... I called my Agent and he suggested to sell at 1,660 but he said probably tonight was range trade,
ranging from 1,635-60.
When I called him, it was around 1,657.5...... I asked whether I could sell, he said better wait for 1,660,
then few minutes later....... suddenly gold rose up to 1,664, very fast....... that made me scared......
and I thought it might to to 1,668-9 again.......
But then it dropped........ to 1,660, 59, 58....... and I thought..... it was a bit too low to sell.......
Then, it dropped...... and dropped........ to 1,64x.....
Then moved within range of 1,660 - 1,647.
But just I simply didn't catch the chance.
When want to sell, I am afraid it will go up.
When want to buy, I am afraid it will fall down.
