Tonight, at 2:58 a.m......... I called Emperor Dealing Room, I asked for Local and I said Buy and sell 1 each (as I had too many locked orders and I wanted to clear one set). The staff asked me which order I want to settle, I told him and he kept on complaining that the operating hour was almost over........ he might not have enough time to input the operation. I was surprised to hear that. In phone dealing, as long as he had not said 'Out', everything I said (no matter I said buy or sell, or any quantity within 20 orders) should be treated as done Order. The moment that I called was within Operating Hour, and the dealer had not said 'Out' to my order, and therefore I expected my orders were done.
That staff, finally squared my order with mistake.
I had 4 buying orders in 1172.6, he should square 1 order only, but he squared 4 orders.
But at that time, the Operating Hour was over already.
He cut my line afterward!!!
Then, I called the dealing room again and asked what had happened!
My call was held for few minutes and finally that staff told me............. they would correct their transaction and made everything appear in correct way!
Well, as long as my order are said within Operating Hour and before the dealer / staff said 'Out' to me.........everything I say should be treated as done order. The staff take how long to input the order, none of my business!!! Even it is beyond Operating Hour, they should have some offline system to input the order for client.
Am I being unreasonable??? |
