it seems that it is possible for gold price to readjust, but the range shouldn't be that large unless QE3 could not be seen in two months time. The chance for QE3 not to be proposed is rare as the non-farm payroll reflects unfavourable economic outlook and condition of the US. If QE3 could be seen, there should be a short period of adjustment or bouncing back a little. But eventually, gold price must get skyrocketed high.

Under the circumstances that Draghi has announced a viable plan for indebted countries to lower their bond yield and the routine that Bernake's regularity of confirming the exact time for QE in summer time, I deem the drop in gold price would only be possible if he is going to postpone QE3 till the end of US election. Especially the FMOC meeting is so close on this friday.
