Previously my i-cable MODEM always had no connection.
I had to unplug then plug again, then waited for a long while before I could have connection again.
I called and complainted.
Then, a technician came and said the previous adaptor was unstable and had bad contact.
He changed a new adaptor for me, then there is no problem since then.
Maybe you can call the Customer Service Department and asked technician to come to have a look. |
