My upper blood pressure is 180......
Doctor said too high ar.....
I have to take medicine to lower it ar.......

Previously my lower blood pressure was low....
now lower blood pressure is OK....... but upper blood pressure too high........

Maybe need to drink Celery + pear juice at morning la...........
