He asked...... how about we apply 'Home Ownership scheme'?  But no need to register for marriage now.
Only if drawn by the scheme.......then need to register....... he said this to me few times.

He never propose to me directly..........
He never ask me for marriage......

I was not happy for the above....... so I always replied him, 'maybe you are not the one I marry!'

If he did propose, I would say Yes.

Well........he meant...... if we were drawn in Home Ownership Scheme...... then we would have chance to buy flat....... and we needed to register for marriage in order to be eligible for that.
