That is my first baked cheesecake ar!
After baking it....... I ate one piece....... hot and soft....

Then I put it into refrigerator........ I ate one piece the next day, it was harder in texture.......I think it is better to put the baked cheesecake in refrigerator overnight, before eating ar.

Next time when I make this cake, I will fill the surface full, with blueberries in syrup......

Trust me, it tastes good!

You know how to get this cake la!!!

Do you like to eat cake?

Do you go to cake shop to buy a whole cake or sliced cake to eat?

Previously when I visited my friends, normally I went to cake shop to buy a lot of cakes..........one time cost more than HK$300....... because I bought more than 16 pieces (for adults and children)..........

If I see them next time, I will make the cake myself ar!!!
