If you have nothing on hands now, I don't recommend to make any deals below 800 right now. You better wait for tomorrow.

I've post an ALERT from an analysis on yesterday, I don't know that can help a little bit? He sent another ALERT on today, but it is all about the credit crisis of the CITI Bank... what he thinks, since there is financial problem, the world stock market would be fallen, then all the commodities, just like gold will be sold too.

No idea sorry, i don't trade short-term. and all my deals are made before 800 already. Besides, I don't think we will around 802 above again shortly.
