The skin struck to the aluminium foil!!!

Next time, I have to put some vegetables at the drumstick bottom, not let the drumstick skin to touch the aluminium foil directly!

This is my 2nd time to roast...... so, have to learn from experience!!!

Let me TELl you, the skin very tasty, as it absorbed the herbs!
