    * Market commentary:

Spot gold was ranging tightly between 926 & 928 for most of the day as LONDON and NY markets remain closed on holiday. There is no sign of a major profit taking and hence bull move could continue. Profit taking failed to initiate on firday and today despite of an extended weekend. This is a bullish sign for gold. Buying pressure located at 925 and further down to 920.

    * Technical analysis:

Spot gold count has been changed as there has been a 5 up in 15 mins frame. Expect a top and reverse around 945-950 region. Spot gold broke above a pennant formation as well which suggests more bullishness. For now a bullish bias is given against 921.



    * Strategy:

   1. Exit short at breakeven price
   2. Long at 927~928 ; Stops < 921
   3. Target 940~949
   4. Use trail stops since target region is unknown



    * Trail stops:



   1. Move stops to 927~928 on break above 932.5
   2. Move stops to 931 on break above 935
   3. Move stops to 934 on break above 940
   4. Move stops to 938 on break above 943



    * Risk Management:

Risk Reward Ratio is favourable (1:2 ~ 1:3)

    * Market commentary:

Spot Gold was unable to show strength as ASIAN session saw more selling than buying. German consumer confidence slumped to 4.9 which provided the bearish break. Exit signal for 928~929 was provided earlier.



    * Technical analysis:

Spot gold turning bearish as RSI failed to make a new high yet again which calls for a deep retracement. Look for wave 4 correction to begin soon.



    * Strategy:

   1. Short at 927~929
   2. Stops > 931.5
   3. Target 911.5
   4. Use trail stops to protect profits. Exit at target unless specified.



    * Trail stops:



   1. Move stops to 927~929 on break below 925
   2. Move stops to 925 on break below 921
   3. Move stops to 922 on break below 918
   4. Move stops to 916 on break below 914.5



    * Risk Management:

Risk Reward Ratio is favourable
